We believe that self-care encompasses mind, body, and spirit. Our Wellness Studio offers a diverse selection of health and fitness classes that foster the balance of all three. A place where you can stretch, sweat, and practice mindfulness.

 

Join us in the following practices designed for all bodies and fitness levels:

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronization of breath with a continuous flow of postures.

Restorative Yoga

A flow that centers the breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended

periods of time. 

PowerHour Yoga

A high-intensity vinyasa flow intended to increase heart rate and build endurance.

Yin Yoga/Meditation

Slow and steady poses held in stillness that allow long holds to strengthen and hydrate critical joint tissues in a way that most other practices cannot. Meditation refreshes the mind to bring clarity and deeper understanding of self. 

Mat Pilates Fusion

A gentle, mat-based Pilates class with elements of Yoga, Barre, and Restorative Stretch. With a focus on breath with movement, Pilates Fusion is designed to fire up your core, increase your flexibility, and leave you feeling longer and stronger.

BodyBarre

A high-energy fusion of pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements, choreographed to define and lengthen for a total body workout.

Turnt Tuesdays

A traditional Vinyasa flow set to a fun, themed playlist each week. 

Flashback Fridays

A traditional Vinyasa flow set to a playlist from different decades.

Yoga mats are available to rent in our Lobby. Please refer to the Class Schedule to determine which classes require mats.
